We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise from reliance on information contained in the Web Site or in respect of any error or omission, except in relation to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Description of Products
The description and specification of products in the Web Site is only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.
We may correct any error appearing in the Web Site or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability are also subject to change without notice.
Ordering Products
You may order products from the Website by submitting a completed order form through the check-out procedure.
We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.
Please note that you cannot use discount codes with any sale items or promotions on the website.
The Price and Payment
The price of the products will be the price quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order.
The price will include any applicable value-added tax, but not the cost of delivery.
In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the Website at the time we accept your order – unless you qualify for free delivery. The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.
Payment is made by credit or debit card, Amazon Pay or direct bank transfer at the time we accept your order. (the payment methods we accept are listed in the Web Site at the time you place your order).
Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your original payment method.
Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and items may be mispriced. In this event, we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you at our own discretion.
We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.
The warranty period is 24 months or until the “best before” date is reached, if this is within the 24 month period.
Due to card scheme regulations, no CBD products can be sold to the US. All cards from the US will be blocked.
Shipping & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 3pm the same day Monday to Friday. Subject to items being in stock.
We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.
If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.
If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals intact. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.
To cancel or return goods please contact us via email quoting your order number.
All products on our website are legal in the United Kingdom. We cannot provide any information on the legal status of a product in any other country. You accept the responsibility to inform yourself about your local laws, import and custom regulations before ordering and you certify that the import to your country of the products ordered is legal. By placing an order at Purity Coffee Company Limited you accept all responsibilities regarding the legality of the products that will be shipped to you.

Warranty
Please refer to ‘best before’ dates on product packaging to determine product life. However, we guarantee a minimum of 6 months shelf life from when the product is dispatched.

These terms and conditions (T&C’s) govern your agreement with Purity Wellness Group for a Purity Coffee Company plan. By choosing to purchase a Purity Coffee Company plan you accept these supplementary Terms and Conditions. These supplementary Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the General Conditions of Sale, which can be accessed here: www.puritycoffeecompany.com/terms-conditions/
Purity Coffee Company has two types of subscription plans.
• Purity Coffee Company (Coffee) Subscription Plan
• Purity Coffee Company Subscription Plan with a (Machine & Coffee)
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL PURITY COFFEE COMPANY PLANS NEW 12-MONTH TERM AGREEMENTS
1. Who can subscribe?
Customers must be at least 18 years old and reside in the UK, CI & IoM. There is a limit of one Purity Coffee Company Machine Subscription Plan and one Purity Coffee Company Coffee Subscription per household customers.
2. How do the payments work?
Your Purity Coffee Company subscription plan has a fixed cost which will be charged to you through a monthly fee. This monthly fee is fixed and varies depending on the subscription plan you select. If you already have Purity Coffee Company account, then we will bill monthly.
3. How do the Purity Coffee Company orders work?
We are here to work with you and make it as easy as we can to get our delicious coffee blends. Purity Coffee Company minimum order requirements of 50 Pods for delivered orders (placed via Purity Coffee Company website on www.puritycoffeeco.com or call the team at Purity Coffee Company Customer Services team on +44 (0)1344 260418.
4. Terminating your subscription
If you wish to pause or stop your monthly subscription, you may do so by accessing your Purity Coffee Company by contacting our Customer Services Team on +44 (0)1344 260418 or by sending an email to hello@puritycoffeeco.com. You will not be entitled to a refund for any monthly fees already paid at the date of termination. If you decide to cancel your subscription, this does not affect your statutory rights.
For larger retail customers or customers that have more than one machine, your minimum six months or 600 Pods commitment must be secured from the date the products have arrived.
There is a 12 month commitment for customers with more than one machine.
5. What happens if I Cancel?
After the termination of your subscription, any remaining Purity Coffee Company Pod’s will not be taken back, and you must have had you machine at least 6 months or have ordered more than 600 Pods to avoid a final payment to settle your account.
For larger companies or customers that have more than one machine, the minimum commitment of six months or 600 Pods will have to have been reached the Machine will still be available for you to purchase if you fall short.
6. Terms of use
Purity Coffee Company reserves the right to change the subscription Terms and Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. Should that be the case, we will provide adequate notification to subscribers affected by any such change.
PURITY COFFEE COMPANY COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. How much is it?
Depending on your monthly requirements and the number of machines you have on your account your payments will vary depending on the subscription plan you select and will be fixed monthly.
2. How do I pay?
The first monthly fee is due at the time you sign up to the Purity Coffee Company plan. The monthly fee is to be paid by credit/debit card. The subsequent monthly fees will be payable every month on the same day of the month as when your subscription was activated if you pay by credit/debit card. If you chose Direct Debit the fee will be taken on the same day of the month (+ 7 days).
3. What’s included in the Purity Coffee Company Coffee Pod (ONLY) subscription plan?
It’s just so simple, you can set up our Purity Coffee Company Coffee Pods by calling or emailing the team to help set up your account. You can set up any additional accessories or coffee machines, which you can purchase using your Purity Coffee Company account. A minimum order of 50 Pods is required. Purity Coffee Company Plan also includes free delivery on all coffee orders of 50 Pods or more.
4. What’s included in the Purity Coffee Company Coffee & Machine subscription plan?
It’s just so simple, you can set up our Purity Coffee Company Coffee Pods by calling or emailing the team to help set up your account. You can add the coffee machine(s), which you can purchase using your Purity Coffee Company account. A minimum order of 50 Pods is required for larger organisations and a minimum of 30 Pods per month for residential customers. The Purity Coffee Company Plan also includes free delivery on all coffee orders of 50 Pods or more. If you would like the machine included as part of your monthly account a minimum of six months and or 600 Pods and the Machine is yours!
The machine has a one-year warranty and will be covered by Purity Coffee Company in the event any damage or performance issues arise.
5. How long does the Purity Coffee Company coffee subscription plan last?
The Purity Coffee Company plan can be cancelled at any time with no charge to you if you are on a Coffee Pod’s Only plan. It can be terminated by contacting our Customer Services Team, by sending an email confirmation to Purity Coffee Company at hello@puritycoffeeco.com or call us on +44 (0)1344 260418
PURITY COFFEE COMPANY MACHINE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. How much is it?
The coffee machine will need to be added to your account and a payment of £20 will be added on your first invoice, and £10 a month on each additional invoice until the value of the machine is reached or you have reached your 100 Pods. The amount you pay will vary depending on the subscription plan you select. Your will need to reach a minimum of 100 pods for residential customers and a minimum of 500 for larger customers or organisations.
The value of the machines varies however the value placed on the machine is no less that £100.00
2. When are payments due?
The first monthly fee will be payable at the time you sign up to the plan. The monthly fee may be paid by Direct Debit or by debit/credit card. The subsequent monthly fees will be payable every month on the same day of the month as when your subscription was activated if you pay by credit/debit card. If you chose Direct Debit the fee will be taken on the same day of the month (+ 7 days).
3. What’s included in the Purity Coffee Company machine subscription plan?
You will receive a Purity Coffee Company coffee machine for £20.00. In return for the monthly fee included in your plan, you can regularly purchase Purity Coffee Company Coffee Pods, accessories or coffee machines.
4. Cooling off period
You have the right to change your mind and cancel your plan, without giving any reason, within 14 days of the day your Plan (or that of a person nominated by you) being activated (the “Cooling Off Period”). You also have the right to change your mind and return your unused machine without giving any reason, within 14 days of the day your subscription (or that of a person nominated by you) being activated. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement during the Cooling Off Period. You can contact our Customer Services Team on +44 (0)1344 260418 or email Purity Coffee Company on hello@puritycoffeeco.com. If you cancel your Plan during the Cooling Off Period, we will repay to you all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than our least expensive standard delivery). We will repay you using the same method of payment as you used to pay us. You will not incur any fees as a result of the repayment. You must send back, or hand over to us, the unused Purity Coffee Company machine and any Pods that you have received, or that were in transit at the time you notified us that you were exercising your right to cancel. We will make the repayment without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days after we have received the Purity Coffee Company machine and any Pods back from you, or, if earlier, 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned them. If you cancel before you have received the Purity Coffee Company machine or any Pods, we will repay you within 14 days of the date you inform us that you are cancelling the Purity Coffee Company plan. We may withhold repayment until we have received the unused Purity Coffee Company machine and any Pods back from you. If you return your machine, any Purity Coffee Company Credit that you received each month for the purchase of a Purity Coffee Company machine subscription will also stop.
5. Cancellation Penalties
If you have purchased a machine as part of your Plan and wish to terminate your Plan before the end of the initial 12 month Term, you may do so by contacting our Customer Services Team Centre on or by visiting a Purity Coffee Company , or by emailing hello@puritycoffeeco.com If you terminate before you have paid all 12 Monthly Fees, you will be required to pay a Termination Fee. The Termination Fee will be the appropriate Termination Fee for your selected Plan. Monthly Fees already paid at the date of termination. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel your Plan or return your unused Purity Coffee Company machine within 14 days of the Plans activation or receipt of the Purity Coffee Company machine.
PURITY COFFEE COMPANY (MACHINE & Pods) SUBSCRIPTION PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. How much is it?
You will purchase a Purity Coffee Company coffee machine for a discounted fee and the amount you pay will vary depending on the subscription plan you select. A minimum of £20 on your first invoice and that £10per month for a minimum of 12 months.
2. When are payments due?
The first monthly fee and discounted price of machine will be payable at the time you sign up to the plan. The monthly fee may be paid by Direct Debit or by debit/credit card.
